Selection of Raw Materials and Incoming Goods Inspection

Calibrated and Certified Measuring Instruments

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Once assembled, each machine undergoes a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). During this phase, thorough quality checks are carried out on the thickness and dimensions of the rolled material, along with detailed safety inspections of the machine. This process ensures that the product meets the required specifications before shipment.

Site Acceptance Test (SAT)

After delivery, the machine may undergo a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) at the final customer’s site, with or without the presence of the Famor team. This test verifies the correct operation of the machine within the customer's production environment, ensuring optimal integration into their workflow.
